Standard · $26,500

Through-cutover · $38,500
Same workstreams as Standard with more hours on site readiness, tabletop, 240-hour log, and residual stand-up through day 90.

Every package includes the portal — PSAP workspace, leftover clock, allotment estimator, residual decision trees, form packets, training, and the deadline calendar. It is our workspace, not a Cal OES system, and it is never billed as a residual software line.
Leftover gate
Leftover = allotment letter minus the awarded MPA quote (then minus MACs that consume residual). We do not quote Standard until that math is on paper. We do not invent leftover dollars for a named center. Send the current allotment letter and the live MPA quote; you get leftover math and a draft Advisor letter on your letterhead. You send it.
